Ultimate Auction Volunteer Form

The Ultimate Auction NEEDS YOU .. your time, talent and energy! It takes the combined efforts of over 300 parents, faculty, and students to make the Auction come alive each year as one of our most exciting and fun-filled Ursuline events. Come and meet with other members of our school community as we plan this special evening. Please review the following information and check your areas of interest - we need your help in any amount you choose to give.

Prior to Auction

Contact merchants/restaurants/businesses for donations

Call fellow UA parents to solicit auction donations

Serve on Live Auction committee

Solicit Businesses for Sponsorships

Help in picking up donated auction items

Assist catalog Chairpersons in writing item descriptions, entering in database, proofing copy (Thursday morning)

Decorations workshop committee: various times during the day and evenings to be announced (Aug-Nov)

UA logo item committee

Holiday Craft committee

Do decorative painting of furniture items

Address/ stuff auction invitations - early October (morning)

Back to Auction Party planning committee - beginning of school

Serve as Host for a Gift Gathering Party (provide refreshments)

Serve as Table Host at the Auction, you are responsible for arranging a table of 10 or 12.

Publicity: photos and news releases.

Produce the monthly newsletter for the auction that appears in Rapport

Auction Week and Auction Night

Assist in setting up for the auction; men and women needed

Provide an appetizer for the cocktail party portion of the auction

Serve as bartender

Assist in staffing bid tables, collecting bids sheets

Assist at checkout

Assist in clean up on Sunday Nov 18th (10Am - 1 PM)
